About 8 months ago I got some kind of "deal" for a year of eMeals at a discount. It was cheap enough to roll the dice on and honestly, it worked out really well. Eat a Rainbow program at Steck
So, yesterday I had an opportunity to teach about 600 kids grades K-5 about why they need to eat a broad range of foods in various colors. I had approximately 4-5 minutes to speak to them in order to also give them a chance to sample some foods. Ten minutes total. Yikes! A tale of two trash cans…
Although I am very holistic today, that journey started with frugality. Cloth diapering and breastfeeding were initiated for their money-saving benefits (although we kept with it when realizing the overall health benefits). Staying healthy in a season of illness
I know, I know... wash my hands, right? The last thing anyone really needs during a chaotic season is to be slowed down with a cold or the flu or a good respiratory infection--right? Right!
