early breakfast: cereal bar
breakfast: scrambled eggs with ketchup
no snack
lunch: peanut butter and jelly on bread WITH gluten, but otherwise “safe”
We had company for a barbecue from this point on…
snack: potato chips with salsa and hummus
dinner: hamburgers, hotdogs, baked potato wedges (coated with EVOO, salt, pepper and rosemary then cooked for about 90 minutes at 375 degrees), salad
we never actually got to dessert…!
