early breakfast: So Delicious cultured coconut milk yogurt–raspberry flavor
breakfast: eggs scrambled in EVOO with canned organic peas… and coffee (Javana organic,fair trade breakfast blend… which I don’t love anymore)
snack: organic grapes
lunch: PB&J (jelly for Matthew: mom’s homemade organic Concord grape, et als: Bonne Maman strawberry) and water, of course
snack: organic banana… and then some organic blueberries
dinner: some steaks I bought on sale, grilled; plus organic zucchini & red bell peppers chopped us and cooked in a little EVOO and minced garlic
dessert: Sweet Nothings non-dairy fudge bars
