early breakfast: organic strawberries and slices of an organic peach

breakfast: eggs scrambled with Taylor Ham (and water, of course)

snack: banana

lunch: hamburger with tomato slices and pickles

snack: rice crackers and an Apple & Eve juicebox (we were at the playground) plus 2 apples–each one half-eaten. Snacks are likely to cause constipation.
