I’m a complicated woman–aren’t we all?
But I’ve had a wild journey and I research like it is my job (ummm… which it is!). I have an undying passion for learning and my coaching instructors have said that my compassion for my clients is very clear. I love people. I want to make them feel better. I know my boundaries in that mission. It’s bad business for me to take on a client I can’t help — because nobody needs THAT kind of word-of-mouth. So rest assured that if I can’t help you, I will refer you onward. Nobody can know it all and I’m not even trying to know it all. But if I can’t address your individual challenge, I can certainly help you get closer to the root cause and identify the types of resources you may want to seek out with some good caveats and preparation advice.
There are so many things we juggle day to day and sometimes our bigger dreams and goals for our lives, for our families — heck, for ourselves — get put aside as we manage logistics. I’m here to help you with that.
Sometimes we don’t tend to our health until it’s a crisis. I’m here to help with that.
When you don’t know what’s wrong, but you know things don’t feel right — I’m here to help with that, too.
Drawing on my diverse and intensive experience, formal training and certifications, additional (extensive) self-study, and my continuing research to keep abreast of new information, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals; and then support you to feel empowered to meet them.
How we get there depends on your needs. My role can be an educator, coach, or consultant. In addition to individual coaching, my services include speaking engagements, workshops, group programs and written content.
