Health & Wellness Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Group Coaching participants have the benefit of the guidance of a certified health coach, the support of a dedicated community, and the accountability of regular “meetings” (in-person or at a distance). Ultimately, it will help you live healthier, live with more peace, lead your family, build your self-confidence, lose weight, and get responsible for living the life of your dreams.
Individual Coaching clients get all of the benefits of Group Coaching participants, but with a far more focused and personalized approach. It’s a one-on-one situation where the focus is you. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

- Sitting down to read a book is just a LOT to think about and sometimes it’s more time than we think we are able to commit. Let me help you out. This is more than a support group. This is a weekly e-mail that tells you exactly what you need to be doing so that you can ease into the detox, get through it with community and a certified health coach to ask questions of, and then transition back into life.
