Let me give you some free resources to get started!
Want a fast start to better health?
This area of the site is dedicated to free resources to help get you on your path to good health and wellness. Some of these resources are just educational on things like how to set goals or how to find healthy foods. These are your first five steps for any given issue—things that you should try before looking for more professional help. Whether you work with me, another health coach or another kind of health practitioner, these should be the first things that you’re asked to do; and there’s no reason you can’t do them yourself.
By following through with these free things, you will have effectively ruled out the more common, but less complicated, sources of your health and wellness challenges. The result is that the time spent with a paid professional is going to be more focused and not spent walking you through things you may be able to accomplish without hired help.
Of course, you may need help — even with these steps. For some people, these steps won’t work. There are plenty of reasons why this might happen. Sometimes people believe they know the name of the challenge they face either because they’ve been told by someone they trust (professionally or personally) or they’ve done research to find the source of their challenge. But there could be other, more subtle things in the bigger picture that complicate their issue. So if these first steps present a challenge, know that it may not be something you’re doing wrong; there just may be more to your challenges than you realize.
